Local Pick-up or Delivery:

Customers have the option to arrange for local pick-up or delivery for an additional cost extra.

Next Day Delivery:

We strive to facilitate next day delivery whenever possible.

Payment Confirmation:

Orders will only be shipped once the funds reflect in our account.

Stock Availability:

The availability of our stock as well as supplier stock holding may impact shipping times. Customers are advised to confirm stock availability prior to making payment.

Courier Delays:

While our chosen couriers are typically reliable, unforeseen circumstances such as broken trucks, strikes, peak seasons, and traffic may cause delays in delivery.

Third-Party Courier Handover:

In some cases, our couriers may engage third-party couriers to deliver to remote areas, as per their contractual obligations. This may result in a slight delay, but we will keep customers informed.

Public Holidays:

Orders cannot be shipped on public holidays. Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Weekend Dispatch:

While deliveries are not made over weekends, goods will be dispatched to courier depots during weekends. Packages sent on Friday should be ready for delivery by Monday.

Tracking Information:

Upon booking, customers will receive a tracking number. We will monitor all parcels in transit and notify customers of any changes or delays.

Updated Information:

Customers can request updated delivery and tracking information via email.
