We understand that there may be occasions where a return is necessary.

The following policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be considered.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if all the following conditions are met:

The return is initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

The item is unused, in its original condition, with original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is presented.

The item shows no signs of use, misuse, damage, or modification.

Consumable items such as glue, paints, oils, and fuels are non-returnable.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We regret that we cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

Items that have been used, modified, tampered with, or show signs of wear or damage.

Pre-owned, demo, or clearance items, sold voetstoots (as-is).

Items that have been altered by mounting accessories, e.g., FPV cameras or external modifications.

Products purchased as special orders, whether from local or international suppliers. These are final sale and non-refundable.

Electronic parts and components are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, regardless of condition. Please ensure compatibility and suitability before purchase.

3. Customer Responsibility & Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We recommend using a trackable, insured courier service. Victory Hobbies & Toys is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels.

Once goods leave our premises, risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer. Ensure you have GIT (Goods in Transit) cover when using your own courier.

Signed PODs (proof of delivery) indicate acceptance of product condition and quantity. Any claims must be directed to your courier. We will assist where possible.

If we arrange return shipping, the courier cost may be deducted from your refund or credit.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product is defective out of the box, please notify us within 3 days of purchase.

The item will be inspected to confirm the fault is due to a manufacturing issue and not misuse.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

Replacements are subject to stock availability and may take time to arrive.

5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before the order is processed or shipped.

Special orders and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

In some cases, partial payments may be retained to cover administrative or supplier costs.

6. Processing Time
Once a returned item has been inspected and approved:

Refunds or credits are processed within 7 business days.

If an item does not meet the return criteria, we will contact you to discuss return options or arrange collection.

7. General Terms
Victory Hobbies & Toys reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with these conditions.
